Falling Into Place

The 2011 Lewis Ginter Community Kitchen Garden is in full swing with the Fall transition. On the one hand the tomatoes have almost faded completely but on the other hand the Brassicae crop is settling in nicely.

The row covers almost look like caterpillars. Whoops - didn't mean to give away the subject of the next CKG post.
In some sections, all that remains of this summer's luscious crop of tomatoes are the stakes.
Just when the CKG was turning monochromatic, the pansies arrive and brighten the landscape..
Sort of evokes a scene from the Netherlands.
