Every post doesn’t have to have a meaning, maybe it’s just a platform for viewing something nice to look it.
That being said, these are blooms from a Saucer Magnolia (Magnolia x soulangeana – a hybrid of Asian magnolia species), sometimes referred to as a Tulip Magnolia, and sometimes mistakenly referred to as Tulip Tree. Tulip Tree (Liriodendron tulipifera) is actually a Tulip Poplar (the eastern U.S. native tall tree with the yellow/orange blooms). For further obfuscation, Tulip Poplars are not really poplars, but are in the Magnolia family. Once again, a head-spinning, argument-creating circular trip through Scientific Classification.
