Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden hosts the fall version of its biannual plant sale September 16 & 17. Organized and managed by volunteers, PlantFest is one of the largest plant sales in Central Virginia. Lots of vendors bring their specialties, and the Bloemendaal’s Best tents feature plants propagated by Lewis Ginter volunteers, including many grown by cuttings and divisions from specimens in the botanical gardens.
