A group of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden personnel and volunteers went to Washington, D.C. on Monday to receive a 2011 National Medal award from the Institute for Museum and Library Services. Before the awards ceremony we were able to spend time at the U.S. Botanic Garden. Here are some iPad photos (first test for me of the iPad’s photographic capability – I have a lot to learn):
