One of the neat characteristics about the Black Beauty zucchini variety is that all the colors are darker, more saturated. Of course the fruit is very dark (on the outside) – hence the name – but everything else is also deeper in color than other squash varieties: the leaves, stems and even the gorgeous flowers.
