Double Your Fun

It’s too late to be talking about tulips, huh? Well, certainly it’s too late to see any up close and personal in the Southeast, but it’s a good time to plan your fall planting for Spring ‘19 blooms. Basic tulip blooms can be – well – boring. (Here come the slings and arrows). But not “double” tulips. The blooms are compound, complex, with the buxom sumptuousness of roses and peonies. Plant some this fall.

It takes a bold gardener to choose this color combination, but they certainly brighten a cloudy day.
They even look good at night.
(Just kidding.)
Details, details.
