… bicycles. The Dominion GardenFest of Lights at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden this year follows a bicycle theme, for two primary reasons. The Garden property originated in 1895 as a “Wheel Club” for a select group of Richmond cycling enthusiasts. In 2015 the Garden will observe that 120 year anniversary. Also, in 2015 the City of Richmond will host the UCI World Road Cycling Championship.
